Who knew there were so many ways to use apple cider vinegar? I’m particularly interested in using it for whitening my teeth and helping lose weight. If it works then it’s much healthier than using teeth whitening chemicals, weight loss drugs, and other man made things. Although I have to say I’m a bit skeptical of these natural remedies, a lot of them don’t seem to live up to the hype. It sounds interesting to hear that these plain ol’ everyday ingredients can do so many things, but at the same time I tend to believe it’s a lot of placebo.

Hi, Son. Thank you for reading my article and leaving a comment. When you first try using apple cider vinegar to whiten your teeth, you might feel weird from high acidity in it. But, eventually you will get used it (trust me!). However, as you mentioned, it is a natural remedy so don’t expect an immediate result and always be consistent!

One should take care to only buy the one which has Mother as it contains good bacteria and enzymes. The filtered variety does not have these health benefits.
